Overview

Commercial electrical contracting is the backbone of the company. We have delivered electrical, fire alarm, and low-voltage scopes for high-rise residential, hospitality, institutional, and commercial new construction. The work ranges from $150K tenant fit-outs to $28.95M whole-building scopes, eleven stories to eighty.

Our portfolio includes 118 Fulton Street, One Manhattan Square, 520 West 28th Street, Dock 72, the Domino Refinery, 1000 Westchester Avenue, and the Benjamin Hotel. We have worked under Gilbane, Lendlease, Turner, Two Trees, Related, Shawmut, Bolivar, and others, and we coordinate cleanly with architects of record like Dattner, Zaha Hadid Architects, S9, and Perkins Eastman.

What general contractors and developers tell us they value: a clean estimate, a real schedule, a project manager who answers the phone, and a field crew that does not need a foreman explaining the prints twice. Our project teams pair PMs with senior field leads so the GC has a stable point of contact and the field has the experience it needs.

Planning your enquiry

What to share with our team.

Send what you have available. These details help us understand the site, define the scope, and identify the next step.

Service calls and maintenance cover New York and New Jersey. South Florida enquiries are for project work.

  • Share the project address, building use, and whether the work is new construction, a renovation, or a tenant fit-out.

  • Provide the current electrical drawings, specifications, and addenda, with the issue date of the set being priced.

  • Identify the bid deadline, construction schedule, site logistics, and any work that must happen while the building is occupied.

  • Flag utility work and the boundaries between electrical, fire alarm, low voltage, and work by other trades so the proposal can state inclusions clearly.

How it goes

Four steps. No surprises.

Every commercial contracting engagement runs the same way. We document the work, we document the cost, and we leave a clean record so you can pick up the file at any point and know what is happening.

  1. Step 01Estimate

Send the bid set. Our estimating team reviews drawings, asks the questions that matter, and returns a clean number with assumptions, exclusions, and a value-engineering note where it applies.

    01
  2. Step 02Award and pre-construction

Once awarded, the assigned PM walks the site, reviews schedule, confirms the long-lead items, and gets the submittals moving. We share trade coordination drawings early so we are not arguing during installation.

    02
  3. Step 03Build

Crews on site, daily reports, weekly coordination meetings. Our PM is the single line of contact for change orders, RFIs, and inspection scheduling.

    03
  4. Step 04Close out

DOB filings, ECB closeouts, redlines, attic stock, training, warranty. We turn over the building cleanly and stay reachable for the warranty period.

Common questions

Asked and answered.

  • 01

    What is your bonding capacity?

We can bond projects up to a level appropriate for our largest delivered scopes. We will share a current bonding letter under NDA when you are evaluating us for a specific project.

  • 02

Are you union or open shop?

We are open shop. For projects requiring prevailing wage or union labor, we partner with appropriate trade partners and the work is delivered under those terms.

  • 03

    How quickly can you mobilize?

For most projects, two to four weeks from award to first field day. Faster if the project is in our active portfolio area and the long-lead items are not gating.
