Data Center and AI Infrastructure Electrical in NYC and NJ
High-density power delivery, redundant distribution, and the make-ready electrical for data centers and AI workloads. A capability area we are scaling into with the team and the licensed expertise to take on the scope.
Data centers and AI infrastructure are the fastest-growing power scope in the country. Our team is positioned to take on this work: the licensed electricians, the in-house low-voltage and fire alarm depth, the Con Edison and PSEG utility expertise, and the rigging and switchgear experience that data-center scopes demand. The same skills that delivered an 80-story residential tower scale to the make-ready electrical for a high-density compute facility: switchgear, distribution, redundancy, life safety, and the utility-side conversations to unlock the megawatts.
We bring the full lifecycle in house. Distribution design, switchgear and PDU selection, UPS and standby integration, low-voltage and fire alarm for the white-space and the support-space, and the as-built record-set the operator needs for compliance. Our utility specialization is the unlock most NYC contractors do not have. AI workloads in particular drive load profiles past what a standard service can deliver, which makes the Con Edison and PSEG relationship the gating factor on the schedule.
If you are evaluating sites for a new data center or scaling an existing facility for AI workloads, reach out to discuss the scope. We will tell you honestly what we have delivered, what we are actively building toward, and which parts of your scope we are best positioned to hold today.

- Hyperscale tenants planning a colocation footprint
- Engineers and architects scoping high-density power
What to share with our team.
Send what you have available. These details help us understand the site, define the scope, and identify the next step.
Service calls and maintenance cover New York and New Jersey. South Florida enquiries are for project work.
Describe the facility, proposed IT load, project stage, and whether the work involves a new space or an operating environment.
Provide available single-line diagrams, rack layouts, load schedules, and owner design requirements.
Identify uptime requirements, shutdown restrictions, and the boundaries between electrical work, cooling, IT equipment, and controls.
Share the commissioning and handover requirements with the schedule. Capacity, redundancy, and performance targets must be defined in the project documents.
Four steps. No surprises.
Every data centers & ai infrastructure engagement runs the same way. We document the work, we document the cost, and we leave a clean record so you can pick up the file at any point and know what is happening.
- Step 01Discovery
Tell us the target load, the site, and the timeline. We will tell you what is achievable on the utility side in our coverage area and what scope of our team is best aligned with the project.
01 - Step 02Feasibility and design
Distribution and redundancy design, utility-side capacity confirmation through Con Edison or PSEG, and a phased install plan. Coordination with mechanical, structural, and life-safety trades.
02 - Step 03Build
Switchgear, distribution, UPS, generator, and white-space install. Our PM holds the schedule across electrical, low-voltage, and utility milestones.
03 - Step 04Commissioning and turnover
Cutover, integrated systems testing, operator walkthrough, and signed as-built drawings. We stay reachable for the post-cutover and warranty period.

Asked and answered.
- 01
Have you delivered data-center projects before?
Talk to us about your scope. We will tell you honestly which parts of your project match what we have delivered, which parts match what we are actively scaling into, and which parts are best held by a specialist partner. We do not overpromise.
- 02
Can you handle AI-workload power densities?
The skills required (high-density distribution, redundant topologies, switchgear and PDU coordination, utility-side capacity, and life-safety integration) are skills our team carries from major commercial and institutional delivery. AI-specific power profiles are scaling fast, and we are scaling with them.
- 03
What about cooling?
We do not hold the mechanical scope, but we coordinate the electrical-mechanical interface tightly with the cooling trade on every project. For liquid-cooled and high-density air-cooled deployments, the electrical room layout and the cooling layout have to be designed together.

How do utility approvals work for data-center loads?
Megawatt loads typically require a Con Edison or PSEG service-side conversation and often a vault or substation scope. We hold those relationships in house through our utility specialization, which is the gating factor on most data-center schedules in our coverage area.
